        BIOGRAPHY

I'm a psychotherapist in Austin, Texas. I earned my Master of Science in Social Work degree in 2008.  My clinical career started with seven years in community social work moving into residential and outpatient settings. My experience has been working with children and families, adolescents, and adults facing challenges related to substance use and mental health. This work sparked my interest in gaining more specialty training with couples.

I have undergone specialized training in PACT 1 & 2 (Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy), further enhancing my ability to work with couples and individuals seeking to improve their relationships and emotional well-being.

My commitment to personal and professional growth inspires my work as a therapist. I believe in the importance of continuous learning and self-improvement, regularly engaging in my own individual and group therapy, professional consultation, and continuing education trainings. I want to always continue learning, growing and expanding as a human and therapist.
