      TOPIC

      Therapists' healing through body-mind-and-spirit

      PRESENTER

      Wen-Mei Chou, LMFT-S, LPC-S

      PRESENTATION DESCRIPTION

A healer must first embark on their own journey of self-healing before they can help others. In this webinar, Dr. Wen-Mei Chou will guide us to engage with the transformative power of breath to start our new year connecting the body, mind, and spirit and to cultivate a reservoir of compassion and authenticity. We can then share the gift of healing by guiding clients to breathe into their own transformative spaces.

      KEY LEARNING POINTS

      • Attendees will become aware of their own breathing patterns

      • Attendees will learn about the implications of various breathing patterns

      • Attendees will learn ways and tools to practice balanced breathing that connects body, mind, and spirit
