      PRESENTATION DESCRIPTION

      This talk will draw on social scientific research about family and romantic relationships with people across the spectra of sexual/romantic orientations, gender expression, and gender identity.

      • Self-Identification: How to talk to clients in affirming ways about their identities

      BIOGRAPHY

      Kyle Kearns is a relationship researcher and lecturer at UT Austin. His research work focuses on the connection between communication and health within relationships. More recently, Kyle has opened his own private practice where he specializes in queer relationship therapy. 


      This presentation is designed to be useful for all levels of training and experience.
