Conveniently located on the East Side of Austin, in a discrete, peaceful, and confidential location, I provide sex therapy and therapy for individuals and relationships struggling with sexuality, sexual issues, relationship issues related to sex, and those struggling with out-of-control sexual behavior, sexual compulsivity, problematic sexual behavior. I work with patterns of those struggling with sexual behavior and issues as well.
I utilize several different modalities in my work, including the following therapy models: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Collaborative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Attachment Based Therapy, Imago/Couples Dialogue, Solution Focused Therapy, and a variety of other models.
I also see clients online in Texas as well as Maine, Massachusetts, New York, and New Hampshire. Many of my Austin based clients choose to see me in a "hybrid" version of therapy- some online and some in person sessions.
I am also an AAMFT Approved Supervisor and Board Approved Supervisor in Texas. My specialty is working with licensed professionals seeking supervision in the field of sex and intimacy.
